Before we process your registration, you must read and agree to the Terms and Conditions shown below.
A 25% minimum non-refundable deposit must accompany all registrations to secure a booking. Balance of fees is due 45 days before trip departure date. Cash, Credit Card or cheque made payable to Wanapitei C.A.N.O.E. are accepted. If deposit is made by credit card, balance will be deducted from card on due date unless otherwise notified. Prices subject to 13% HST.
Because many of our expenses are incurred before the trip, your 25% deposit is non-refundable. Balance of payment will be refunded for cancellations received 45 days prior to departure. For cancellation received with 30 to 45 days notice we will retain 50%, for less than 30 days we will retain the full fee. If you find a suitable person to take your place, we will refund all but a $200 administrative fee.
Wanapitei C.A.N.O.E. reserves the right to reschedule, re-route or change trips. We also reserve the right to cancel any trip with two weeks notice. In such cases, we will attempt to accommodate you on another trip. Should we have to cancel a trip or personal application, we will refund your money in full.
On Trip, if injury, illness or safety should mean the evacuation of one or more persons, these evacuation costs will be paid by the individual(s).
Our trips often involve contracts with small airlines flying bush planes. It is the nature of the business that if such factors as weather, pilot judgment, fire, mechanical problems etc. dictate that our schedule is delayed, we sit and wait. We can accept no responsibility for this lost time. Our trip schedules allow enough time to make up these delays at the expense of leisure time.
In consideration of Wanapitei C.A.N.O.E. accepting this application for participation in the program or trip described on the previous form, the undersigned hereby releases and forever discharges Wanapitei Canoe & Northern Outdoor Expeditions Inc., its directors, officers, agents, servants and employees and its or their successors, heirs and assigns (the "Releases") of and from all actions, causes of action and claims of every nature or kind whatsoever, howsoever caused, arising out of, or in anyway connected to or occasioned by the negligence of the releases or any of them. I have read the details of the accompanying agreement and understand my commitment.
